We proudly accept secure online payments via PayPal or credit card. Online
payments may also be made via electronic check, however, payment must
clear our bank (5 business days) before your order is processed. For your
convenience, we also accept credit card payments via phone during regular
business hours.
Required CA state sales tax will be applied automatically at checkout for
all California residents. California state sales tax is not applied to
purchases made by out-of-state customers.
Most orders are shipped within one business day and virtually all orders
within two business days. You will receive email confirmation shortly
after your order is received. Whenever possible, we will also provide
tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
Average transit time for most orders is 2 - 4 business days, however
delivery may take up to 10 business days for some locations.
If a product arrives to you damaged in any way, please contact us within
two business days after product arrival to report damage. If warranty
support is required, we will arrange a repair or replacement free of
charge. On rare occasion, a customer may be required to pay return
shipping costs for damaged unit. If a replacement unit is approved under
warranty, however, we will absorb shipping costs for replacement unit to
customer location. The vast majority of warranty claims are completed
within two business days.
Orders received by customers residing outside lower 48 (Hawaii and Alaska
customers) will be subject to additional shipping cost. This additional
shipping cost will be calculated after checkout and customer notified via
email within two business days after checkout.
All Product returns must be approved. We will not accept product returns
without prior authorization. We reserve the right to charge a 20%
restocking fee for all cancelled orders and/or product returns.
No returns on specialty (non-stock) items, except in cases of damaged
merchandise. A 20% restocking fee may also apply.
Please inspect your order when it arrives for damage and verify your order
is complete. We do not offer free exchanges or returns for damaged or
incorrect merchandise received if reported to us more than 10 business
days after original delivery date. Exceptions may be made at our
discretion on a case by case basis, however, buyer may be responsible for
any required shipping charges.
For items originally purchased with free shipping, buyer is responsible
for any applicable shipping costs for exchanges regardless of when the
exchange is actually requested.
All returned items must be received in their original packaging, unopened,
and unused condition. If a returned item has been opened, appears used,
and/or damaged in any way a refund / credit will not be issued.
